Our U.S. subsidiary, The Weitz Company, together with Layton Construction and QTS Data Centers, is delivering a data center building as part of the QTS Data Center Campus in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Located on 612 acres within the Big Cedar Industrial Center, the campus is planned to include seven data center buildings and represents the largest economic development project in the city’s history.

The Group’s global data center portfolio exceeds 2 GW of capacity and includes more than 20 data centers delivered or under construction for leading hyperscalers and developers.
